ITEM2004, the International Technical Exhibition of Medical images 2004, held at the Pacifico-Yokohama in Yokohama from April 8 to 10.
At our booth, Data Ray's new 3M LCD Monitor, AD CAL11, were displayed.

All monitor in the booth was LAN-connected and running under "Dr.KAL net" control which enabled to all or specified units to calibrate its brightness charasteristics to DICOM curve. It was done with a single keyboard operation at the server and fully automatic and remote.

New Product Pre-Releasing

Data Ray's coming product Dr.KAL portable was demonstrated.
This is an add-on module for LCD monitors not proving a built-in calibration sensor.

Just putting this module on a frame of the monitor, and run the program on a local PC, ANY LCD monitor can automatically calibrate own brightness characteristics to fit on DICOM curve, etc.
